Is Cheryl Cole swapping London for Los Angeles?

So Cheryl Cole’s divorce proceedings have started and it looks like Cheryl is not holding back and is planning a move over to the other side of the pond, to LA (to get away from Ashley?)..

Reported in the Daily MIrror, Cheryl is more than keen to become the next Victoria Beckham and crack America for our lovely ex-pat WAGS..

But, to do this Cheryl needs to commit a lot of time in the USA so is looking to move to LA to kick things off, even though her stint on X Factor starts again this June with Simon Cowell.

As if this wasn’t a big enough message to soon to be ex husband Ashley Cole, Ms Tweedy (like what we did there) has reportedly issued VERY clear instuctions about her move to Ashley to cut all ties.

“I never want to see or hear from you ever again. Please respect that,” she explained as she filed for divorce on Tuesday. Got that Ashley?

And even though she has no intention of grabbing any of Ashley’s cash, all the couple’s assets will be split 50/50

Wow, that would leave Cheryl with enough cash to buy herself into Amercia, with that nice pad in the Hollywood Hills and a whole host of signed Chelsea shirts to eBay…
